BUILDING MODELS: THE MODEL WORKSHOP makes it easy

INFORMATION GATHERING

Our experienced team will liaise with your architects, developers, project managers and office staff to gather all required information.

Information needed
There are a few items of information we need to build the model, depending on the type, these can include:

• Site plan
• Floor plans/Footprints
• Elevations
• Landscape plans
• Lighting plan/requirements
• Colour Perspectives/Artist Impressions
• 3D Models
• Building Specifications
• Logos

If you don't have all the plans, don't worry! in most cases we can just work with what you have got.

ALL ON THE SAME PAGE

Before we build your model we will produce a model spec outlining the full scope of the model to make sure we are all on the same page.

NO SURPRISES

Through out the model building process and at key milestones we will provide detailed photos of the model for feedback.

DELIVERY

Once the model is completed, we will deliver it to where it needs to be.
